Due to unforeseen logistics and financial difficulties, we have no choice but to cancel the conference.

We are truly very sorry for all the inconvenience that we have caused.


However, we have provided an alternative for your submissions.

We have talked with our co-organizer regarding the submissions and decided that all authors can submit their papers and get publish online for FREE.

Select the journal you want to submit to, create an account remember to select the role of AUTHOR so you will be able to submit.


For LONG papers (4500 words and above) upon submission choose either research (empirical study) or resources (literary discussions).


For SHORT papers (proceeding type paper, maximum of 2000 words) upon submission choose briefs.


Follow the instructions and formatting requirements. Remember to write in the note for the editor that you are supposed to be a participant of the conference.


All submissions shall go through double blind reviews, upon acceptance your paper shall be published in both print and online versions.

Accepted submissions will have their individual DOIs.

Online copies can be downloaded for free.

Print copies can be ordered separately.
